Mobile voice & data services

TMD provides a range of fully managed and value added mobile voice and data services for the Tasmanian Government.

TMD currently manages agreements with Optus and Telstra for the delivery of mobile voice and data services.

TMD’s managed mobile voice and data services offer customers:

  • Discounts on most call types
  • A single point of contact for the provision of new services and mobile devices
  • Ordering of new services and mobile hardware
  • Extensive billing and web-based reporting services for authorised customers  (see https://webreporting.tmd.tas.gov.au)
  • Standard barring for new mobile service activations
  • TMD supports a wide range of mobile handsets and data devices, including smart phones
