ICT strategic business consulting
TMD can provide ICT consultancy experience and services in partnership with agencies and Government Business Enterprises in the following areas:
- ICT strategic planning - Third party evaluation of existing strategic plans, developing investment and filtering processes, developing and implementing an ICT planning framework
- Contract negotiation and advice - Helping to develop supplier contracts which will meet the needs of the agency
- Procurement assistance - Strategic analysis of ICT procurement options, helping to develop and informed customer view
- Environmental scanning and research - Understanding the cross-jurisdictional, broad market and local market trends in conjunction with detailed research
- Policy development - Assisting agencies in the development or evaluation of ICT and information management policies to support agency initiatives
- ICT and information management project execution - Assisting agencies in large-scale, inter- or intra-agency ICT project execution
- Facilitation - Enabling and facilitating cross-government discussions on new opportunities
