A major function of TMD is to provide advice to Government and agencies on telecommunications and information technology issues.

Such advice is provided in conjunction with the delivery of its services to its customers.  In this regard, TMD may also provide project management assistance in the implementation of agreed solutions or services.

Consultancy services are also available to support agencies in the development of proposals for the delivery of agency services.
