The TMD Account Manager is responsible for managing the overall relationship for all services between TMD and its customers, and will interact with multiple levels within the customer organisation. This includes regular meetings and reporting on TMD services with key customers.
The TMD Account Manager provides an escalation point for the resolution of service and performance related issues that are unable to be resolved at the operational level.
