Telecommunications Supplier Management

Telecommunications Supplier Management provides strategies for provision of Telecommunications services and manages contracts and suppliers.

The roles of this unit are to:

• Develop and implement strategies for the Whole of Government delivery of telecommunications infrastructure and value-added services
• Manage the relationships with telecommunications and the performance of Whole of Government contracts

There are three key areas:

• fixed and mobile voice communications,
• data and Internet services, and
• commercial risk, contractual and legal aspects
