NT II Service Management and Customer Care

Each NT II supplier provides support and management through its own customer help desk located in Hobart. These help desks provide:

  • network management tools to monitor and pro-actively manage infrastructure and services
  • fault reporting and management services
  • a complete range of general help desk services including billing and reporting, and
  • on-line support for customers in monitoring and managing their services and activities on real-time basis
