Service Delivery

Service Delivery delivers all TMD's products and services to customers.

The roles of this unit are to:-

Deliver and support the full range of TMD services efficiently and effectively to both external and internal customers.
Manage the delivery of services as agreed with customers through Business Partnership Agreements and Service Level Agreements.
Develop and implement new infrastructure, new services and R& D as agreed with the Director.
Continually improve the systems and processes used to deliver services.
