The role of this group is to assist customers implement and maintain their communications services by:

  • arranging new services
  • organising alterations to existing services or equipment,
  • providing reports on "in-bound" call services,
  • fault analysis and logging and
  • after hours emergency fault reporting.

Located in Hobart and Launceston we offer first line support for TASINET customers.
