Faults

In the event you have a fault with your TASINET telephone, please contact our Help Desk on 123 7777 (South) or 121 2999 (North).

If you are able to check the following before contacting the Help Desk, it will greatly assist our operators to resolve your problem:

  • does your telephone work if it is plugged into a different outlet?
  • does a different telephone work in your outlet?
  • if your telephone requires power (has handsfree/display capability) please check that it is plugged in and turned on at the power outlet or if it uses batteries, that they have been replaced recently
  • do you know if there has recently been building alterations done in your work area (eg new carpet layed, partitions removed etc).
