TMD HR Systems

TMD provides hosting services for the Empower HR Human Resource Information System.

It is a feature rich product comprised of the following modules:

• Personnel
• Organisation
• Payroll
• Leave
• Training and Development
• Occupational Health and Safety
• Recruitment
• Employee Self Service (including a number of workflow components)

TMD HR Systems provides system and payroll administration services directly to agencies. We also manage contracts and relationships with vendors to ensure a high standard of service to customers.

As part of the administration service we conduct compliance testing for all new and patch releases of the Empower product as well as business continuity planning and services.
